There have not a large number of events at SACOM in the past, but I would like to change that. As everyone knows, events take a lot of planning and organization to be successful. We never wanted to cut into public recreation days on the weekend to hold special events, but if we can get well-written events that everyone can take part in, including walk-ins, then closing to the public won't be a big deal.

I spent a lot of time reading the forum entries on the SACOM Forum and many of you had great ideas about a lot interactive type activities. I hope this new SACOM social network fills the void. Members can create their own pages, add events, upload photos and videos, and more. I hope you will all use the ideas and creativity to make this network exactly what you want it to be.
